"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"When I checked in, I was told there is a $25 parking fee, which pays for security patrol on the parking lot. There was no mention of the parking fee on Expedia, nor on the hotel's website."

"Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!"

"Free parking lol"

"My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned. The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. "Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat."

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore."

"The vibe was fun ,the decor was great , loved all the sitting areas . Close to great coffee shops restaurants and pubs."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!"

"Super cute little Inn, the only thing I would like to see changed is the mattress. The one in our room was hard and bouncy."

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."

"A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower."

"Best hotel ive stayed in"

"Very new hotel. Location is close to the freeway but not necessarily close to restaurants or shopping if you are walking. Having said that, by car is about 18 minutes to the airport. There is plenty of parking however there is a charge of $16 dollars which honestly is very tacky. No other hotel at this level does this and seems like a cheap money grab. I was driving a dually with a trailer and they do have oversized parking off to the side. But once again, the parking charge is unnecessary."
