"I"

"I landed at 11:30PM returning from Tuscany, post 2 flights. Grabbed an Uber and went to the hotel to grab some sleep so that I can see family the next day and not be so exhausted. Convenient and bed was comfortable.... clean."

"Very nice place."

"We loved how quiet it was. The blackout shades were a nice touch. Our room was very large which we loved."

"The hotel was under construction for remodeling and there was dust everywhere. The newly remodeled room we were in had no closet and no hot water. They did offer me a little off my stay but I definitely would not recommend this place for a stay."

"Room service was non-responsive. I made a call just for water (which should’ve been in the room already) and room service never delivered after an hour. The receptionist’s desk responded after receiving another call. THANK YOU MACY!!"

"We like staying here at this location"

"Faucet fell off while taking a shower. Virtual attendant hard to understand while checking. Very clean room. Only breakfast offered is coffee and a few berry flavored yogurts."

"Great staff. Clean room. But they needed to replace the mattress in my room, it was not pleasant to sleep on. Not dirty, just uncomfortable."

"Always clean, modern, and comfortable. An excellent workout facility. The 24/7 access to food, snacks, ice, water to refill personal bottles us excellent. Breakfast dining experience pleasant, Games available as are magazines, tv, all in pleasant modern spaces. Room is attractive and efficiently designed. All very good!"

"Our second stay. This time we noticed how humid our room was. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and with our family of four taking showers over a 2 night stay, the humidity seemed to stay in the room. The air conditioning unit had a panel over the controls. Temperature could be adjusted by a wall mounted unit, but there was no way to shut the fan off. The fan on the unit blew cold air the entirety of our stay (but that didn't seem to lessen the humidity). Our room had a lamp attached...

"The history tour was great. Had the whole place to ourselves. No complaints."
