"The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well."

"Room fine....needed to ask for a towel and toilet paper but these were provided quickly

Staff at reception not very friendly but staff did help look for lost passport on last day
