House for 6-7 persons: approx. 150 m2, on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a comfortable sofa set and air conditioning. The ground floor also has a storage room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. While two bedrooms have a large double bed, the largest bedroom has a large double bed and a bunk bed (top: 90 x 200 cm – suitable only for one child up to 11,99 years old, bottom: 120 x 200 cm – suitable for two children up to 11,99 years old or max. one adult).

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details:

WiFi available free of charge. Outdoor shower, deckchairs and parasols by the swimming pool, covered terrace with barbecue and dining area (approx. 30 m2). Behind the house there is a small meadow, where children can play safely. Five bicycles for adults are available for free use.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
