"We communicated few times with the facility to pick us from the airport. The type of car and the rate was agreed to, but when we arrived no driver was there. After waiting for about 30 minutes we called the driver at the number provided to us. The driver said no one told him to pick us from the airport. We then took a prepaid ride from Airport which was only 1/3rd of the amount we agreed to pay to the hotel. Otherwise everything went well."

"The room was a great size for 6 nights. Bed very comfortable & so many amenities have been thought of. The bar on the roof was nice and staff very friendly. The Malabar cafe for breakfast and dinner was very good and served some lovely dishes. Some waiting staff seem uncomfortable around English speaking guests for some reason many misunderstandings occur. The standout staff member is Shabi (M) who was not only friendly but someone who got everything right and who should be commended for his customer service. Thanks for a great stay."

"The constant power outages and inconsistent AC in the room was not enjoyable. Otherwise the food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, the property was scenic and enjoyable. The pool area needs some upgrades and the poolside service took a long time for drinks. The mattress in the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday. Thanks"

"Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."
