"It is an old property and looks its age but is reasonably well maintained. Staff are helpful. We had a ground floor room but right at the end of the corridor. Water pressure and hot water was not great. If you have your own transport then location is not a problem otherwise be prepared to walk ~1 km or so together to some shops. There are some food stalls nearby but are open in the evening."

"Air con power switch on the wall didnt work properly. Leaking roof in multiple spots during rain. In fact there was a bucket already in the room for this. Blood stains on the sheets. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment."
