"This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...

"Property wifi bill was late and they didn’t pay. So I had no WiFi for 2 days, had to connect to other room which was very slow. Gym equipment broken, hit or miss. Area was ok. Check in property was not tracking me, even though I had already paid."

"Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can."

"Great location! The hotel is close to the Puchong IOI mall and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Freindly and efficient staff. Checking in and out was easy. Will stay there again whenever I return to Puchong."
