"The bathroom was very poorly maintained, the shower was full of mold on the caulking and grout of the tiles. The toilet had a crack all the way down the front of it. The toilet had a wooden toilet seat that the paint was coming off of it. The washroom still had the old heating lamp in it, so no Reno’s ..."
