"Nice heated pool with massaging pumps, just a pity that it opens till 9pm - I really love this pool!"

"Staff and service were amazing but my room was a little run down. Even though it was a non smoking room, it had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke which was making me nauseous. However, they brought me complimentary sandalwood incense and with the windows open it got better. The sandalwood helped me sleep and I got the best rest of my trip so far. Overall a nice stay and historic but could use some updating!"

"The hotel is well located within easy walking distance to the train station, geisha district, samurai district, Castle and Garden. Breakfast is delicious. Very nice and helpful staff. We would stay there again."

"Bus stop was a little out if the way to get to. Especially considering how close everything is to each other in Kanazawa. Lounge was spacious and staff very helpful"
