"Very engaging staff and nice and clean. The on-site onsen was heavenly. They were helpful in suggesting local spots - they took time to do little extras, such as teaching me calligraphy. The breakfasts were phenomenal- they worked with my fish allergy and presented a delightful montage of local foods. When I left my hoodie there on check out, they folded it nicely and quickly forwarded it to my next location."
