"Loved being right on the beach, beach views, sunrises, turtles every morning and evening. Parking was close to building. Room had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was a plus for us. Great location for venturing out. "

"We loved our stay from the minute we walked in with the amazing views and cheerful,well done renovations completed in the condo. Just beautiful!! The palm tree lined beach and grounds are picture perfect with the Pacific out back, and magnificent mountains out the front door. There is renovation being done to the building but the views make you ignore that and glad that it’s being done to maintain the property for future enjoyment. We saw every sunrise from the balcony with Hawaiian coffee in hand, saw a basking turtle on a walk up the beach, and enjoyed sightseeing along the coast during our stay. Any questions we had were responded to quickly by the management company or the owners. We were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy the incredible natural beauty on this side of Oahu, and your home was a huge part of that, we truly enjoyed our time here. "Pool was closed for maintenance, but I don't think we would have used it anyway. The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes. Very impressive. "

"The ground-floor cottage is part of a four-unit complex. There are three complexes and they are adjacent to a 9-story condominium building. The sandy beach is right in front of the cottage and if you are lucky, you may see green turtles resting in the morning by the shore. The unit is very well furnished (beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, surf boards, kitchen). There is no a/c but there are plenty of fans so we felt comfortable. This part of the island has a lot of Food Trucks, not so many regular restaurants. We enjoyed Ken’s Fresh Fish Market where we got an ahi katsu sandwich and sashimi. Going to the Polynesian Cultural Center is definitely worthwhile and since it is only 10 minutes away, you can go back 3 more times on consecutive days—it is very well run (recommend the chicken dish at the Samoan eating place). For groceries we went to Foodland in Laie. The cottage is well located, it is an older unit but has all you will need during your stay."
