"Wie immer ein super Aufenthalt, weswegen wir schon mehrmals zu Gast waren und auch wieder kommen werden. Frühstück ist lecker, die Auswahl groß. Pool sauber mit genialer Aussicht. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und sind gepflegt. Personal durchaus freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Had a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only two issues. 1) Internet speed is only up 20mb. 2)The lockers in the Gym are problematic you tend to have to call staff to unlock them"

"This is a nice hotel and it’s in a good location. Staff was very helpful and insightful"

"We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. The concierge and others were helpful in directing us to the MRT. This was an older hotel that was refurbished and a lot of new amenities added to the rooms and suites. "A very nice out of the way hotel with a convenient shuttle to the ion paragon. Great pool. Unfortunately the TV was defective and I couldn't use the HDMI that was displayed by the remote with my Switch2 . The menu in the room was not up to date and the restaurant hostess was confused about the details of the room service. The food in the hotel lounge was greasy and did not have a fresh taste. It was all a bit surprising for a hotel in such an upscale part of town."

"Hotel was great, good location, excellent staff, always smiling and helpful. My only complaint was we had an ‘adjoining’ room and could hear everything from next door. They were loud but to be honest the doors between the rooms are not thick or soundproofed enough, I could even hear their electric toothbrush!!!"

"The check in staff and the bell men were superb. The room was tiny with a wet floor toilet."

"Easy to get to with public transport. Quiet, good A/C, enough room to be comfortable, good value for money. Staff were helpful."

"Didn’t accept my platinum elite status because booked on Expedia."
