"Overall, we had a great stay at Rakuten Stay Fuji View Hakone, and would definitely recommend it.” The heated floors, tatami room, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and projector for movies and music made the space feel cozy and thoughtful. The indoor and outdoor hot spring baths were a real highlight. The location is super convenient, close to the bus station, restaurants, and shops, which made everything easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear enough that we didn’t need to...

"This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!"."

"Overall excellent stay. Yet, they couldn’t accommodate for late check-out. It was hard to look for taxi to drive back to Gora station, instead we had to walked down with our luggages. They should at least provided transportation."
