"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."

"I booked 4 separate rooms and 1 of them had issues with the A/C and needed to change rooms. The carpets were stained everywhere, the curtains were patched up and the stains on the pull-out couch were questionable. Day 1 of us checking in we took my 9 year old nephew to the pool located on site and while he was walking around the pool he cut his toes with glass. Blood was all over the pool area and when staff arrived, they immediately assumed we must've caused it when in reality glass was on the...

"LIKED- Close to beach/downtown Waikiki area. DISLIKED- I don't believe the $30 daily resort fee was appropriate: Complimentary water, slushy, etc. on a tight schedule, not available 24/7. Cleaning schedule awkward, every 4th day I believe. They do respond quickly to requests though."
