Regardless of your room the property has amazing views…like the best views from a hotel for my whole life…I’m 58, and I get around! Wow! Just stunning! The restaurant was absolutely great as well and taking the funicular back and forth between town just added to the experience!"

"Location, Location, Location! Rooms were simple and clean. Parking was a close, easy walk. The tram to the castle, church square, restaurants and more are just steps away. Hotel staff especially the gentleman at check-in (I believe his name was Hamish) was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a charming historic building, in the heart of things. The included breakfast was also tasty! We hope to be back soon and cannot recommend enough. "

"I dont know what people smoked to give this hotel excellent reviews. The staff was fantastic but the rest terrible. This is a super old hotel with ZERO investments to keep it up. I am glad i am slim, because the shower is so tiny that you have to shower with the doors open if you weight more than 180 pounds. Internet speed is like dial in modem in the 90. TV is so small that you have to go out of the bed and sit in front if it to see something!"
