"There were just a few English speaking employees, Iwata was one of them and then the facility was a little dated but they tried hard to keep it up to par; our first room was clean except that the bathroom had a rotten wooden panel that I discovered was the cause of the smell, so after spending time with 3 people for a few hours I had the room changed to a newly refurbished and clean one...maybe because of the whole situation I got some allergies going, not pleasant. "This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast of our trip with lots of items to choose from. "

"客室の古さも感じました。 宿泊者特典もあったが、全て終了時間が早かった。 (カラオケ1時間無料とあるが 、21時までとか)。チェックイン15時からの時間でないと取れない。 フロントスタッフが笑いながら、私達に説明している姿に腹が立ちそうになりました。 また、お風呂入替え制でしたが、女性風呂時間に男性が入っていた。スタッフが注意をしてくれたが、そもそも、わかるようにインフォメーションしてほしい。 夕食バイキングでしたが、食材盛り皿の回りが、落ちていても気にならないスタッフでした。雄山閣は人には進めないと思いました。"
