Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa

"Great location, but the hotel itself is incredibly dated and neglected. It completely fails to live up to the Sheraton brand name and does not provide the basic amenities you would expect from a 4-star resort. The poolside showers do not work or if they do a trickle of water pours out and the public toilets right next to the pool area were filthy. Between the lack of standard room amenities and the, dirty facilities, i was disappointed."

"Our condo was very clean and had everything you could need furnished. The grounds are beautiful as well as the ocean and mountain views."

"Staff was nice rooms were clean but never came or asked if we needed towels or coffee. Parking was easy. Our ocean front room needed updating and had a few locked doors which was odd. One of them could have been the laundry room. Over all nice place"

"The views were amazing, the rooms were a little dirty though. Front desk staff were amazing as well."

"We moved our stay at the Papakea resort. It was close to lots of things, very clean, and our room had a beautiful view. The light went out in our bathroom and the staff were quick to come and fix it which was great. A couple things that could be better with our specific room and not with the resort overall is that there was very little kitchen equipment and zero Tupperware containers. Lucky we weren’t planning to do very much cooking but it would’ve been a challenge if we had. The knives were super dull and had rust on them but we made due. Overall this is a great resort and we would come back but these are a couple things that if addressed would make this unit even better!"
