"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "Incredibly clean room! Enjoyed having truly hot water for my shower. Easy to access and a short walk to the historic downtown. Could clearly hear the loud electronic beeps from people pressing five digit access codes into the key pads to get into the rooms near mine. (Bring some earplugs if that might wake you up.)"

"La habitación bien, justo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta en la ciudad, además está en el centro por lo que no dependes de vehículo, que lo puedes dejar aparcado. Lo único, que hacía bastante frio esa noche y tuvimos que llamar para pedir otro edredón. Nos lo trajeron en 10 minutos y fenomenal. Apenas hablamos con el personal pues es todo online, pero resultó bastante fácil."
