"Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses. "We came in for a quick trip to see a TCU game and this was a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, easy to get everywhere. We will definitely stay again!"

"This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. There are no mattress pads, really cheap linens and towels, there was one coffee mug, two 8 ounce glasses and very few dishes. Trash piled up in the halls and entrance during the week.
