The downsides were the wifi was not very good and we had to use cell service instead, and also booked this because the advertise laundry but it is a service and they charge by the piece. "

"Like the hotel staff and the shopping mall near the hotel. Not too far from the subway station and has a Starbucks coffee shop close by. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a laundry facility but on the Expedia website says it has. So it’s misleading to me because I was expecting to do laundry when I arrived. "

"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"
