PLEASE view this section in its entirety, especially the booking requirements for Season. Season is January - April.

1708 Sq. ft townhouse in beautiful Jupiter One community. First floor includes large living room with 65 inch flat screen TV, with Bose surround sound, combined kitchen/dining area, half bath and laundry. Living room and kitchen include sliding doors to the patio which provide lots of light and can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze.


The second floor includes large master bedroom with king bed, with memory foam mattress, large ceiling fan, sliding glass door with patio view, 55 inch smart tv , master bath with double sink and shower. Second bedroom includes a queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 50 inch smart tv and sliding glass door with patio view. Hall bath includes combined tub/shower w a double sink.


Private enclosed patio is furnished with dining table, four chairs, market umbrella, four polywood Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and string lighting around the whole perimeter of the patio. property also comes with Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you to use at the beach, two blocks away... All bedrooms have Bose radio alarm clocks.


Under 30 minutes to PBI, 60 minutes to FLL. Square Grouper, Guanabanas, Utiki all within 3 miles. Honda Classic at nearby PGA National in March, Harborside with The Woods at Jupiter, Michael Jordan's 1000 North is now open. Property is my primary residence, so unlike other rentals, the house is fully equipped as a primary residence would be...



I will only consider a minimum of 30 days for a rental. Do not pre-book a rental in season without emailing me first. I do not do nightly or weekend rentals ever, so please don't ask....

Still have April and May 2025 available and now booking for the 2026 season!!


Jupiter One is one of the only developments to allow large dogs on its property. Please keep that in mind when searching other properties..

Refund policy- If you cancel 120 days from check-in, I will give you a 50% refund. If i can rebook your dates, then I will refund the balance due.

Great spot

We stayed for an entire month and loved the location, access to great heated quiet pool, and the space and privacy of the courtyard. Home was very well stocked: towels, linens, cleaning equipment and even spices. Mike was fabulous about responding quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time

Pleasant stay in Jupiter

The place is well equipped. Very comfortable bed, we slept like rocks! Located perfectly for the most dog-friendly beach in Florida. Nice pool for the development, very close to the unit. Mike is a very responsive host, available whenever we needed him.

Great townhouse in a great location

We stayed at Michael’s townhouse Jan-Mar 2021 and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. Michael was a great host and was available whenever needed by phone and email. Since this is Michael’s main home, it was equipped with everything we needed. Large (and new) TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped and we were not lacking anything. The two upstairs bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. Master bedroom suite had a large bathroom. Hall bath was also large and was right next to the 2nd bedroom which worked out very well when we had weekend guests. The property had a large enclosed patio with dining table and gas grill, which we used often for outdoor dinners. As we were working remotely from this townhouse it was great to have very fast internet service. A large desk just off the living room gave us the room we needed to work which was an added benefit. The location could not be beat. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were available in the unit along with many beach towels. The unit was a short walk to the River Walk, which winds along the Intracoastal. The unit is in a development that has a large pool and tennis courts. Location was very close to fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping. We highly recommend this property!

Bliss in Jupiter

This was an A plus stay all around. Location - Jupiter One (the community in which Michael's property is located) is in what for me was a perfect location. A 6 minute walk from the beach (a dog beach, one of the few in Florida where dogs can be off leash), across the street from a 13 Hartru court tennis center, in a beautiful neighborhood encompassing communities like Michael's, single family houses and apartment buildings overlooking the ocean, walking distance from the restaurants in Driftwood Plaza, and within minutes from shopping. Michael's Unit - Michael's unit is a spacious (1700 square feet), beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean two bedroom apartment. The layout is ideal. The first floor has an open living room/study/dining/kitchen arrangement. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer section on the first floor. The second floor has two generously sized bedrooms and two full baths. All areas are furnished tastefully furnished. There is also a very pleasant and good sized patio which is also maintained and kept spotlessly. Furnishings/Entertainment - It has everything you would need if you were either vacationing, working (which I was) or living there. Three large flat screen TVs, Bose sound systems all around, fully equipped kitchen, desk for working, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, etc, etc, etc. Michael - The best description is there (by telephone or email) when you need him, not there when you don't. Thus the perfect VRBO host.

Excellent Spacious Townhouse in Jupiter One with all the amenities of home and a fantastic location

My husband and I stayed here for three months and had a wonderful escape from the cold northern winter. The location can't be beat within walking distance to Jupiter beaches and the Riverwalk. The townhouse is very spacious and has all the amenities of home including a well stocked kitchen, three large screen tv's, spacious living area, office area, two large bedrooms and full baths as well as a powder room and laundry on the first floor. The outdoor patio is a fantastic private area for lounging and dining. Michael the owner was easily accessible and frequently got in contact with us throughout our stay to check in. Any questions we had which were very minor were immediately answered. We stayed here during the Covid-19 outbreak and were very blessed to be in such a well equipped home. I did lots of cooking and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed and we watched lots of tv on the large screen tvs with Direct TV which were greatly appreciated. We also did quite a bit of walking and the property is located in a beautiful area for scenic walks. I highly recommend this property and know you will be in good hands with Michael the property owner.

Outstanding location!

This property matched our requirements perfectly. We needed a large private space to host our Thanksgiving dinner and the patio was ideal. One suggestion I would offer is to replace bed linens, pillows and blankets.

Great Stay in Jupiter

Property is close to shopping, medical facilities, churches, and restaurants. Property owner - Michael- is extremely helpful and accomodating and is very much a hands-on individual who is a pleasure to deal with. Property is well cared for and clean and offers more than any hotel or motel room in the area.

Amazing location, condo, and owner. Stayed for 2 months and would highly recommend.

Completely furnished with large tv’s in each room and oh so comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. Sectional couch was also a hit. Large enough to seat many people without it feeling awkward. Owner has spared no expense to make your stay enjoyable. He is just a phone call away and quite prompt with replies. Best part is the beach. It’s a 2-3 min drive or 5-10 min walk. I stayed for 2 months. Would highly recommend this property for singles, couples or families.

Perfect!

I has a wonderful stay at Mike's house. It is a very cozy, feels like home kind of a place. Loved going to the beach with my dog and the long walks to Harborside. A perfect location for dining out, shopping and close to 95 S, close to airport. The house is well equipped for cooking. The huge patio is perfect for entertaining. There is a tv in every room an especially good one in the family room, 65 inch and brand new. Mike was always available for any questions or help. Loved being there and I will return.
