"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "The staff were kind and the place was generally clean, but we were given rooms with shared bathrooms. From the details of my reservation, we understood that the room had a private bathroom, and that was the price we paid. Honestly, I think we were given the wrong rooms."
