"Previous guest sock was left in the room. A used towel from a previous guest was still hanging on the bathroom door. The bathroom light kept flashing and wouldn’t stay on. The lounge room light was covered in spiderwebs and dead bugs."

"I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
