"- Never got an email with the check In instructions - The check in was at 4 (I Arrived at 7). Since 4 I started writing the host without a response. - When I arrived at the property still didn't got an answer from him. A couple try to help me, calling him and still never answer. I had to find another place, because I was really tired from my flight. Very irresponsible. "

Called to get it fixed never happened. 2. No wash clothes. Called said don’t have wash cloths. What ? 3. "Had a wonderful week here. The rooms & grounds were clean & tidy. We loved the food, especially at the Nautilus which is located in the lobby. I enjoyed the fruit water that was in the lobby daily as well as the Starbucks that is in the resort. The Infinity pool is wonderful. There is tons of shopping within walking distance of the resort. We also enjoyed the Infinity bar, they had nightly entertainment, food & drinks. Staff is super friendly & accommodating. All in all a wonderful stay!"
