"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. Also we informed them we would arrive at 7 as recommended in the terms and conditions, however when we did arrive we had to wait outside for over half an hour to be...

"Bellissimo posto. Fate solo attenzione alle descrizioni perché, per esperienza diretta, tra struttura e agenzie di viaggi online fanno confusione e chi ci rimette è il Cliente. Prenotato con Expedia una camera matrimoniale con angolo cottura e salottino. In struttura invece era presente un letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Tutti e due "avevano ragione" e indovinate chi ha avuto le vacanze rovinate? "

"Amazing place. We were greeted by the super-friendly staff even before we entered the hotel. We were looking with our kids at their cows in the pasture, and the owner(?) came out and gave our kids food to feed the cows. It was a great start, and it only got better from there. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again."
