Room felt neglected. Flat screen tv was the smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel plus stained pillow cases!!! And when I asked for a new pillow I waited all night and never got one. I would never stay here again.

Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel
The building and room was in bad repair. I entered the lobby to a lot of mad unhappy people waiting for their room. The front desk people didn't know how to work the checkin system and the code they gave me to enter into the gated parking area.

Motel 6 Twentynine Palms, CA
motel was okay. pros: rate i booked at, shower water pressure awesome. cons: bed was so soft and lumpy, pillows were hard and lumpy. toilet ran, mini fridge needed to be defrosted. there was a weird stale smoke/metal smell. staff was really nice when i told them the cons.
