"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"They had an amazing facility. The amenities were great. The restaurant and bar is amazing but the thing that really said it all apart is the staff here is outstanding."

"It’s a holiday inn express you’re getting exactly what you need for a lower cost than some other hotels. Was out all day & only there for the night but everything was as expected. "

"One day getaway! Could ask if need essentials when check in ! Supplies etc on hand ! "

"room was clean, staff were excellent, housekeeping a little noisy, didn't like having to pay for breakfast, but had popcorn and cookies. Will stay here again."

"Check in Staff were efficient and professional--ready for us as we booked ahead. The room was clean and neat, updated. We appreciated the hot breakfast. Great location. Definitely would stay again."
