"Shuttle from the airport was easy super friendly and helpful driver. Check-in was easy and super friendly. Stairwell was disgusting with food and cigarette butts and trash. Elevator took forever, so I used the stairway more than I typically would’ve Walked next-door for dinner a little sketchy neighborhood but not terrible Very thin walls, even with a White Noise app could hear people from all sides and above all night. Breakfast was nothing special, but just typical For price and convenience it was fine. “Okay”"

"The Westin Hotel is in a very nice location directly across from Lennox Square Mall. The room was fine, the beds were great! However, waking up to a Roach sitting on the toilet was unsettling! Also the person who cleaned the room the day before we left did not leave any wash cloths. Called the front desk to request cloths and never received."
