"Please note if booking through a 3rd party, like Expedia, the pool is not included. This was not clear in the description as it states swimming pool available. Was the main reason we booked. Still outstanding complaint with Expedia which has gone unresolved for several days since making the claim. Hotel understands but did not compromise as it was Expedia’s issue. Ball still in your court Expedia customer services."

"I stayed 2 nights the hotel for Trolltunga hike. This is a basic 3 star hotel with minimum facilities / amenities but was not cheap. However, the location is great as is walkable to the town and bus stop. The stuffs were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and spacious with amazing fiord view."

"I stayed here in May for one night (although the original booking was two) I had to checkout early because my airline lost my luggage and we had to go back to Oslo as they wouldn’t deliver it to the hotel. We explained this to the staff at the front desk who were very understanding and gracious and explained that we wouldn’t be charged for the second night (we left at around 8am that day — so we before the checkout time). It’s two months later and the hotel will not issue a refund for the second...

"Checking in was easy and location was ideal for access to access to many trails. The accommodations were very roomy and comfortable with eat in kitchens to prepare your own meals. Great value for the money."
