"We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs. The location was awesome just south of Pizzo, with both walking and ape rides into Pizzo, a short drive less than a couple minutes. The apartment was really awesome with great views, large balcony, inside great room sizes with kitchen with gas stove, and large refrigerator, complete with dishes and utensils for use. "Casanova Apt was very well appointed, clean and welcoming! We had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Our host was amazing taking care of all our needs and telling us of areas of interest! Very nice area too..we would stay there again!"

"The communication between the host was terrible. We tried to contact them multiple times with no success. Thankfully when we arrived there was someone at the reception. She checked us in but could use a personality especially dealing with guests who are on vacation. The pool bar attendant Janello was spectacular. Very friendly"
