"Absolutely loved this place! The rooms were so fun and unique, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only issue was that the stairs up to the bathtub in my room (the third floor jungle suite) were very small and slightly sloped, so it was kinda hard to get in and out of the tub. It seemed like the other rooms I saw probably don't have this issue? But all in all would definitely stay again!"

"We were surprised that this guest house was right next to the university and at first we said...Oh No! Are we going to be staying in a dorm?? But the staff (and they looked like students) were extremely sweet and they helped us find good places to eat nearby. Plus the place and the room were spotless and the guest house is located on a previous fort, so there are lots of beautiful older homes and small parks right there so it was a lovely area to explore and we felt very safe. It was located close to major sites and the included breakfast was also a great plus. I would really recommend it."

"The property was perfect for our trip. Great location! The bed was comfortable. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We had no issues getting a parking spot near the door. The host was excellent with communication.We loved having the kitchen to prepare our own meals. The oven does take FOREVER to pre-heat, but it works perfectly once it does.The only issue we had was due to NO fault of the host. The upstairs neighbors were incredibly rowdy. Saturday night until nearly 3am, it sounded like they were hammering nails into the floor. They were also speaking loudly enough that we could hear their conversations and running in and out of the apartment, up and down the stairs and yelling at each other across the parking lot. They were pretty loud every other night, but luckily packed it in much earlier."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. I would venture to say this was one of my favorite VRBOs to stay at and we’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and bed and breakfast type places. The apartment had a lovely historic charm and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed making breakfast and eating on the balcony. I especially loved the French doors and how they opened into the living room. The apartment was within walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, concert venues, public transit, and grocery stores. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our names were also written on the chalkboard when we entered from the back of the apartment from the parking lot, which was a nice personal touch. We also liked that we had our own parking space! I would certainly stay here again next time we’re in SLC!"

"I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay (aside from being on the 2nd floor lol). The host was great and communicated often. I didn't use the all the amenities that was offered bc I was busy but they were available (as advertised). Location was great, whether shopping, dining or a joy ride...it was near almost everything esp the airport.The outside needs an upgrade might even look sketchy to some but the apartment itself was clean, furnished and well stocked with toiletries, etc. The living area was kinda small and there's no actual dining area but overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again. It was a peaceful visit and quiet despite being in a busy area. But I thought it was a cool place for the weekend."
