The beds were not made - crumpled sheets. Doona and pillow slips need a proper wash. The micro wave is weak - you will need extra time to heat anything. "

"The breakfast area setup needs improvement. There were no tongs to pick up the bread leaving people to use fingers. For some reason, the breakfast was set up in the bar area with gambling video lottery terminals in plain sight making it not kid friendly at all. This may even be illegal as it is in other provinces but I’m not sure. The food was good though. "
