"We only spent one night here while travelling but the property is a pristine oasis along the St Lawrence River! The gardens are worth the stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean, beautiful views. It’s a trip back in time. Truly vintage without even trying. It’s like a place you’d like to spend a summer."

"We enjoyed the green space and the breakfast at this motel. Our room was really damp though. Not sure if it was because it was beside the laundry or because of humid weather or what. The room door wasn’t properly sealed so that may have been some of it. Although dated, the property did appear cared for. The beds were comfy. It’s a quiet place to stop when passing through."

"I thought the property was great for the value. It was clean, and well prepared. Everything was very well thought out, and brillianty laid out. I misread that there was a children's pool and a beach, but there is a beautiful beach 1km away I would definitely stay here again. Oh and we relived our childhood experiences at Upper Canada Village."
