"I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling."

"Great room. Breakfast was also great. Will be coming back for sure and staying here twice a year while in Tennessee"

"It was an awesome stay...."

"Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out. Housekeeping. Sub par. "We found a man heaped over in the hall and told the staff but they didn’t seem interested Hotel smelled bad in hall and room Avoid this hotel"

"Nasty rooms & rude staff"

"This is a vintage luxury hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful. We had a room with a king bed and the bathroom had double sinks and the tile on the floor is the old penny tiles. "Spare accommodations but serviceable. Thin walls, noise from other rooms. Lots of street noise, too."

"Did not like we had to pay a $250 deposit just for being local n wanted to be close to the airport."

"This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University."
