"Lovely hotel for long weekend or mid week break. Mid week easier check in, weekends long lines with limited reception staff. Exec rooms and lounge excellent. Pity there is not an alacarte resturant on site, just noisy sport bar and basic bistro, should you not want to leave the hotel to eat! There was some type of security problem on the executive floor which needed 24 hour detectives on the floor and rooms security sealed for all four days we were here and were not informed of what was going on or had been going on. Even when we enquired for our own safety! Staff were obviously told not to inform other guests which did make our stay a little concerning. However, good breakfast clean rooms and somewhat helpful staff."

"Location was nice. Local public trams and buses right outside the front entrance. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Close to main tourist attractions. Our room was spacious and quiet."

"This was a perfect location, only a few blocks from the old clock square and near the shopping district but just out of the bustle. It was quiet as all rooms faced the inner courtyard and the rooms gave great space and kitchenettes if you needed one."
