我去辦理入住的時候沒有帶護照。其實我知道大概會需要，但因為我是跟我的伴一起，他有帶護照。 到櫃檯時，前台人員跟我要護照，我說我沒有，但我朋友可以辦理入住。她拿了他的護照之後，就完全不理我了。 更重要的是，我們傍晚入住後，我去陽台時看到一隻很大的死蟑螂。當時我已經很累了，就想說隔天打掃時應該會處理。 結果隔天早上我們出門，回來之後房間已經打掃過了，但那隻蟑螂還在。 整體來說，客服真的很差。不管是拿咖啡還是去健身房的時候，我都是講英文，但我想應該有很多客人也是只會說英文，可是整體的服務體驗真的不好。
