"This resort is up on a hill, as long as you are prepped to have a windy trip up the mountain, you will be fine. The drivers here are more than experienced to ensure a good trip up. The hotel is dimly lit in the day but all is good. The rooms are spacious and your basic amenities are present. Service is good if you know Chinese, but basic if you don't speak the language. We booked through Expedia so couldn't get any points or other benefits as compared to booking via Hilton Honors. Would be good to check out the loyalty programmes before booking to get the best deal. 😉 Overall, a pleasant stay with a bountiful spread for breakfast. Tip: Get to know the driver who brings you to the hotel, have a good conversation with him and have him bring you round instead. Better value for money. 🙌"

"We stayed in the king room with pavilion view which was stunningly beautiful pavilion day and night especially, the day view with river was also absolutely beautiful! One thing we didn’t like was the sink in a diagonal shape inside the sink which was wired . Breakfast was also great with many varieties Asian or western food , we loved it so much . Just the carpet floor has some stains but as long as you wear slippers didn’t bother us . Overall it was greet location, view and breakfast"

"Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel."
