The studio apartment for four guests features a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a small sleeping area with two beds separated from the living room by a folding door, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a balcony, air conditioning, a TV, and a safe. The building has five floors and boasts a fantastic location, situated directly on the beach just a short walk from Piazza Torino. Guests staying here can enjoy the swimming pool for adults and children (closed during the afternoon break) and an elevator. Please note that parking is not available. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °No pets allowed
