"Excellent staff. Our bellman Zihan made us feel at home from the moment our car pulled up to the hotel. He had great recommendations for tours including how much to negotiate for the water taxis, he helped us translate the language with our Dart driver, and he helped us secure transportation to the night market and back. Our check in staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was great! Breakfast had a good selection of both American and Asian style foods - loved the crusty bread they had available each morning. The breakfast staff was as all very sweet. The hotel is within walking distance of many sites and includes a shuttle to the Gadong night market. I definitely recommend staying here. "
