"room was clean. We especially appreciate the generous size bathroom and the coffee maker and water kettle in the room. We asked for an internal room to avoid the construction noise. Despite our window staring right at the internal covered courtyard, our room was quiet and we slept really well. Staff was courteous and helpful. The best part is the location, being right across the street from Atocha station near Parque del Retiro and Paseo del Prado. We could get to the station/bus terminal...

"The stay was great, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing since it is two blocks away from Puerta de Alcalá, but in a very quiet street, so close to everything but good to rest. Only problem was that I reported a noise in some other room, like water issue or something of that sort. Personnel said they would look at it, but apparently I was the only one hearing it. This unresolved issue wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I was staying...

"This property was one of the favorite properties that we stayed in. I could tell that this was an older property but everything was still modern and up-to-date. This is one of the most spacious rooms that we stayed in and we were very pleased with the property it's location is very centralized to transportation."
