Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways we clean and well kept. The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place.

가족여행으로 이용한 숙소였어요 아이들 포함 다섯명이 이용하려 예약했는데 당일 체크인할 때 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요 예약한 방보다 넓은 방을 사용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 사장님의 세심한 배려에 너무 감사했어요 내부도 청결하고 불편함없이 아주 잘 쉬었습니다 다음 전주 방문 때에도 또 오페라21에 숙박할 생각입니다!

주변이 모텔촌이라 식사를 하려면 조금 걸어나가야 하구요 주차장이 넓어서 주차걱정 안하셔도 되구요 4인가족 패밀리룸을 이용했는데 넉넉한 방크기는 만족스럽지만 년식이 좀 된게 아쉬운편입니다

Hôtel un peu loin du centre de Jeonju, il faut prendre un taxi pour environ 5€. Chambre vaste et confortable. Salle de bains très peu pratique.

침대 시트가 청결하고 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다 트윈침대에 묵었는데 공간이 넓어서 좋았습니다 아쉬움이라면 옷장이 없는게~~
