"Room was clean, location was ok, and view was great. I went solo and the pricing was good and surrounding areas felt safe, not much solo dining places nearby but still a great spot with the 24H minimart style shop at the lobby."
"The concierge was really helpful with Korean wordage for a clinic I went to. My daughter lives in Korea but struggles with medical/legal verbiage. They also helped lining up a driver for two days. Very helpful and caring"
"The cleaning service was absolutely incredible. We traveled with a 2-month-old and a 9-year-old, every time we returned our room was in immaculate condition. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Nightly entertainment by the heated pool was fantastic even in chilly May weather. We would absolutely stay again!"
"The property is beautiful and the staff very polite. My daughter and I had the perfect room for us with 2 twin beds. We also had a balcony that overlooked the pool, and had a good partial view of the ocean.
When we first arrived, our air conditioner wasn't working. When we called the Front Desk, they had a rep and a maintenance guy in our room within 5-10 minutes. They determined that the A/C panel wasn't working but had it fixed within the hour.
There is a coffee shop / bakery attached to the hotel (Irony & Ivory Bakery & Brunch) that had fabulous waffles. We also ate at the poolside restaurant while swimming. We had the fried chicken and it was great. Tucked out of the way but still on property was a convenience store for anything you might have forgotten. They also had items that you could eat for on-the-go meals at reasonable prices.
The hotel was right on the water, but the beach was a little "hike" further. They had a paved trail (easy to walk) that took you to the beach. My guess is that it was about 500 meters (1/4 mile) from the hotel. The hotel does not provide towels for the beach, so make sure to bring a towel / blanket. They provide towels for the pool but they need to stay in the pool area.
We visited the spa onsite (Vonestis). We each had a massage and they provided tea & fruit afterwards. It was very nice.
There are chairs in the Lobby area that has a nice view of the property / pool / ocean if you want to take a book to read and hang out. Overall great"
"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of 새섬 and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills up fast after 6pm and then people start double parking each other in. Sometimes the air conditioning would randomly turn off in the middle of the night and there would be a funky smell coming out of the bathroom vents. This only happened twice out of our 6 night stay tho so it might have been a temporary thing. Overall I’d recommend it for people trying to stay on this part of Jeju near the food street and 서귀포 market."
"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English.
Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."
"Overall a great stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was nice, clean, and roomy. Was in a good and convenient area...just a few minutes walk to shopping and dining. A ton of free parking. Only downside was the a/c...did not get cold enough for our liking...had to open the windows for cooler temp."
