"Pool was not open like said online.
Bed was extremely hard with the smallest pillows I've ever seen.
Wife is handicapped but put us on 2nd floor all the way opposite the elevator.
Would not recommend."

"The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls.
Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp.
Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles...
But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...
