"The inside of the property was very clean and nice! The neighborhood doesn’t look like a great area. The outside of the townhomes look in need of repair but we did not have any problems with anyone and it was pretty quiet. The driveway is a 1 vehicle driveway and on a very steep slope. We had a little issue with the stove not working right at first but it eventually did and we didn’t have any more issues with it from then on. They were going to send maintenance out but it started working before...

"Lots of space in this property. Everything worked as advertised. Very good location. Eight minute walk to downtown restaurants, which we did for dinner and breakfast. Parking for at least two cars, literally three feet from the front door. Communication with host was thorough and excellent."

The stay is located in an older run down "hood" area that is currently receiving upgrades. But the house is on a dead end street, and the area didn't seem unsafe by any means. "Brittany was an amazing host from start to finish. She was always quick to reply to any msgs or questions we had. The house lovely was very clean. The tea that was provided was an amazing surprise as my daughter had devolped laryngitis the day of our arrival, and this was such a homey comfort!"
