"This is the best hotel. The staff was incredible, our room and the entire facility was spotless, and the cafe and snack bar were a life-saver for us. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were there for 16 days while our home was being worked on and this hotel was so accommodating with all our needs. Thank you for your commitment to excellence while still being affordable!!!"

"The hotel is rundown and doesn't offer a pleasant stay. Specifics: pillows are rock hard, towels are thin and insufficient, furniture is banged up, carpet is damp and sticky, walls are thin, full mattresses have replaced queen mattresses. We asked for more towels, since we were only provided 3 for 4 of us and one of them was wet -- the hotel had run out of towels, so gave us a bunch of hand towels and bathmats - yikes. About half the staff were helpful, the other half couldn't care less....
