"Parking"

"My stay here was great until they tried to charge me $121 for a cleaning fee for dirty towels and bedding. They had said they were beyond able to clean and would have to replace all of it. The cleaning crew didn’t even wash or try to clean anything and charged me. I pushed back and after them washing everything, it all came out clean. I was refunded in the end but only because I called them out for it"

"Hard to describe exactly how charming this place is. The hotel has an incredible amount of character and epitomizes my time in New Orleans. Incredibly helpful staff. Always very kind and up for a chat. Within 5 minutes walking you’re where you might need to be. Frenchmen St is around the corner. Go to The Spotted Cat. My room was comfortable with AC. Great bed and linens. There’s no doubt I will stay here again."

"My very first stay in the French Quarter and I was not disappointed at all. I pulled up to the self-parking in the back of the hotel which is gated and secure. Went in through the back entrance, nice courtyard and pool. Lobby had a bar off to the side, friendly staff that welcomed me and had my room ready. My room was extra large, with a balcony and all of the amenities needed. Very satisfied and kept remarking to my daughter how nice the room was. She sprawled out on the bed first thing so I...
