"The staff when we checked in were very friendly. At the time of check in the elevators were down, and they gave us the last main floor room. And the last positive I can say is the breakfast was fine. Now the reasons I will never stay there again. Rooms are uncomfortable and you can hear full conversations going on next door, stomping upstairs, remote didn't work for the television. "The corporate side of the company has setup their Expedia rooms to be all the same, but charging for different tiers of rooms as though you will get what is listed, and pay for. IE: Double queen standard King with sofa Junior Suite Executive Suite Etc. I got an executive suite because it was assumed to have a microwave and frig, because the junior suite shows pictures of an actual suite with those amenities. One may assume if a junior does, a certainly executive does. Same price so why not go...
