The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests—ideal for two families. The house is not rented to groups of friends under 30 years old. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, 2 air conditioning units (located in the hallways and powerful enough for the whole house), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.



The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach.



There are 4 parking spaces on the property, as well as a parking area for motorcycles and bicycles. The property is step-free both at the entrance and inside, making mobility easy.



Pets are not allowed, and events or activities that may disturb the neighborhood are prohibited. Bed linens, towels, and beach/pool towels are provided for your comfort.



Upon arrival, the host will provide information about the area and interesting activities. Spanish, English, and French are spoken.
