You then go down to the ground floor of the villa. Comprising of kitchen, dining room and living room this spacious and comfortable room sweeps through 3 large patio doors to the glorious dining room terrace overlooking the swimming pool with further views over the Mediterranean. With dinner for 10 people and luxury sofas to relax in after your favorite meal, you're sure to have plenty of evening cocktails and long, relaxing meals during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with a breakfast bar and everything you could need. There is also an adjacent utility room with a large American fridge, washing machine and sink.The living room is bright and spacious with modern furniture and comfortable sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and built-in air conditioning to keep you cool whilst watching your favorite film. The 'Dali' Suite is the lovely double bedroom, ideal for children with a flat screen TV with UK channels, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.The 'Dali2 suite has an adjacent modern shower room with WC, the patio doors from the 'Dali' suite lead to the barbecue area and natural shade next to the brick barbecue with adjacent dining area for 10 people and a relaxing sofa to read a book or just feel the refreshing sea breeze.
From this level you can go down to the lowest level where you will find the swimming pool, gym, a second kitchen, games room and 3 more bedrooms. The games room with its pool table, bar stools and flat screen TV will keep kids and dads entertained for hours and provide an escape from the midday sun.The downstairs kitchen is also fitted to a high standard and makes entertaining much easier without the need to transport the upper kitchen to the lower level.The 'Picasso' suite has a super king bed size, fitted wardrobes, a flat-screen TV with UK channels, a ceiling fan, integrated air conditioning and an en suite shower room. The 'Picasso' suite leads directly to the pool terrace, perfect for evening swimming. The pool terrace has wide sun loungers for 10 people and they are seated around a 9m x 4.5m swimming pool which looks spectacular when lit up at night.
This villa is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Sheets and bath/hand towels provided free of charge.
The villa will only be cleaned between two rentals. However, a complete change of sheets and towels will be carried out weekly upon request at an extra charge and when booked in advance.
Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Jávea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.
Denia and Oliva, north of Javea, have some of the longest, most spectacular uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in high summer, plenty of open space. Just outside Denia, in Ondara, is the large La Marina shopping center, open late into the night, with shops and a multi-screen cinema for children.
