- Casa Amarillo is a modern, family-friendly townhouse. Spanish-style complex 200 meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk to Arenal beach and restaurants. No need for a car. The complex features an exclusive pool with a children's pool and squash court. The three-story townhouse offers four bedrooms: a master king with en-suite, a double, and a smaller room with two single beds convertible to a double plus a shower room on the first floor. The third-floor bedroom/lounge includes a TV, DVD player, DVDs, mini-fridge, two single beds, and a double sofa bed, along with two private sun terraces offering Montgo mountain views. A ground-floor terrace overlooks the pool, and a private rear courtyard provides al fresco dining. Amenities include Wi-Fi, UK/Spanish TV, air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, two secure parking spaces, a fully fitted new kitchen with washer and dishwasher, and a comfortable lounge/dining area with a smart TV. Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults; no groups under 25 allowed.
